An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Seafarers Sailing Club will be held at the clubhouse on Wednesday 19 August 2026 commencing at 7:30pm.

The aim of the meeting will be to discuss and approve an amendment to the 2025/2026 budget to fund the employment of an architect. The architect will be tasked to produce plans for the development of the first floor of the clubhouse to provide for a ladies changing room and an extension of the race control structure to provide a classroom space.

In accordance with Rules 10, 67, and 69, each “membership” shall have one vote, 25 is required to achieve a quorum, and voting shall be by a show of hands.
